The bill was stacked with some of the the city’s most promising young talent from Lil Bibby, Dreezy, and Famous Dex, but it was Chance, decked out in his newly designed Chicago White Sox hat, that stole the show. Last night, Chance The Rapper returned back home to the venerated Chicago Theatre for Power 92’s 15-year anniversary and delivered a characteristically phenomenal performance.
